Description
i drew this once before, or at least started to, and it turned out all wrong. i drew it again, the circles around her mouth indicate that she is panting.. (i've seen it before in mangas) this is the end of a long battle between them...
It must've been somekind of epic battle, in the end she had a chance to kill him, but instead she plunged the sword into the ground next to his head.. I imagine that it's raining as well (aren't all those scens the same?!) but when i tried a dark background it looked yucky!

Those bubbles below her mouth make it look like they're underwater. 
Even though she is obviously winning, her face is scared.
Maybe she is scared of her thoughts what she could do to him now? Thinking about dismemberment?
And he looks pretty content with events. Such peaceful facial expression... as if he could fall asleep anytime. Of course, after long fights, you get tired and want to go to sleep as fast as possible.
